His son being quite the powerful mage had settled matters quite efficiently. Whatever negotiations had been going on earlier that day had come to an abrupt halt with Devinius' father coming out victorious. The impromtu play date had turned disasterous when they had started fighting, only to grow more so when Devinius accidentally came into his magic and set the poor boy on fire. The Magister had brought his own son over in the hopes of their two boys getting along and forming an alliance once they were older and the heads of their respective families. Though Devinius knew the topic was important, he had no idea what it was about. When Devinius was younger, his father had a meeting with another Magister. They grew up in one of the larger and grand homes in the Capital of Minrathous only sometimes visiting their estate much further out in Vyrantium. It wasn't until Devinius turned 3 that they brought yet another child into the world, his younger sister Satilina. вќќAh, don't you just enjoy the southern breeze? Doesn't it just warm you up inside? Just me? Too bad.вќћДevinius was born to a Tevinter family in 10:31 Breach, his family consisting of Magister Ventus Taravyn and his Wife Cordell Taravyn. Being able to weild life force instead of lyrium to make spells more powerful or ensnare the minds of others.Дevinius carries around an elaborate staff made by a family friend. As well as some of the more frownd upon magics, like blood magic. This varries from person to person.Дevinius is a mage, being able to weild magic in the forms of dangerous magics like fire or lightning spells as well as basic healing spells. Years of studying has also caused him to become quite intuitive, being able to read people after spending enough time with them. Devinius is not one to hide his emotions either, choosing to wear them on his sleeve for the world to see. Devinius also tends to quickly change the subject if it is of something he does not desire to talk about, which can usually be clearly seen on his face. Petty banter tends to be one of his strong suits and tries to break the ice quite quickly after meeting someone. He tries to make light of tire situations through laughter or flirting. Of course his brand of humor isn't always the same as everyone else's. Around Devinius' neck is also a communications Crystal he uses to communicate with his family.ДЄrguably one of the most pretentious people one would have the honor of meeting. His robes back home carrying more of a 'I am high than you' feel to them. The style is remarkably Tevene in nature but subdued for the sake of travel. He stands at around 6 feet tall and has a very groomed appearance.Дevinius is usually found wearing black robes with gold embroidery on them. Devinius is of a slender build with just enough muscle to not be considered lanky. His face is very defined, most of the attention being drawn to his unusually colored iris' with a bit of makeup. The only unusual features Devinius posseses are pale light green eyes and relatively high cheek bones. PronunciationгЂ‹ Deh-vin-E-us ah-leh-dar-es Tah-rah-vinДevinius has the usual traits of those from Tevinter. In his quest to become more cultured, Devinius left home about a year ago to travel the southern countries of Thedas.
